My journey into residential real estate grew from that same drive, and today I specialize in helping families and individuals buy and sell homes across the Okanagan region. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, hiking local trails with our mini Bernedoodle, and exploring our beautiful valley with my wife and three daughters—the true motivation behind everything I do.

The Consultation

This is our no-pressure chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit for you. We want to hear about your home buying goals and your vision of the perfect home; We’ll take all of those details and tailor a fully customized plan of action that we can start on right away

The Search

Now that you’ve shared your vision of the perfect home, it's time for us to get to work; We’re on mission to find a home that meets your needs and also reflects your personality, in a neighbourhood that suits your lifestyle. We will do an extensive on and off-market search to find the right property for you.

The Showings

After you have reviewed and selected which homes you want to tour, we get to go shopping! This is where you can start figuring out what you really want in your new home.

The Offer

Our goal is to negotiate the best offer and terms to ensure you get the property of your dreams. We do this by being 100% prepared with financing pre-approvals, inspection, document review, and an accurate property valuation to base our offer on. We will know as much as possible about the home, and also the home sellers; That way we can tailor a proposal to their needs as well; creating a win-win solution for everyone.

Closing

Congratulations! You now own a home and can get moved in. It's time to celebrate and have your housewarming and show off your home. We will be standing by to answer any questions you may have about home-ownership and have a list of contractors if the need arises.

If you decide that you'd like to work with me, and when the time is right, i'll scour the realtor networks for coming soon listings, exclusive listings, and for sale by owner listings. If you narrow in on the perfect area but there's nothing available, I’ll do the back-end research and start door knocking to potentially find an off-market deal as well. I’ll also communicate with you as often as you like on where things are at and I won’t leave any stone unturned! And lastly, I’ll connect with your mortgage broker in advance, so that when the right property does come up- we are 100% ready to pull the trigger and don’t need to wait for anything which will give you the absolute best chance.
